hey guys my names ayesha im sixteen nearly seventeen!!! i've had this keratosispilaris thing on my arms since i was little and ive never known what it was or why or how to get rid of it more importantly! i found this website by luck and thank god i did its really nice knowning im not the only one who has to put up with it. its also nice to know im not the only one whos embarssed by it,it is gross however my freind are fantastic and made me relise we all have imperfections we dont like. ive read hundrends of the little blog thingys about diffrent ways of getting rid of them and they all same scary and difficult to buy or put up with which is a shame beacuse i really wanted a soultion but now ive come to terms with and although when ever i buy a top i'll always think about buying a shrug or jacket ive decided to screw it and be proud of what ive got!

Hey Ayesha, that's good for you. You're definitely not alone on this. KP is more common than you'd think.

& I agree there are so-called remedies out there that it just seems overwhelming at times. Every individual battles with KP differently, so expect results to vary tremendously. In the meanwhile I guess we won't know what works until we experiment ourselves.
