HI! I just found this WONDERFUL site so I'm new! I've had KP since just about birth according to my mother and now that I'm in my mid-twenties it seems to have spread like wild fire! I noticed a significant change after giving birth to my first and only child. Sadly, I was misdiagnosed my entire life up until a year ago. I was fed up with the KP and at the time had no clue what it was so I started some online research...and to make a long story short I figured out I had KP, went to the doc with my findings and he agreed. I've been experimenting with different treatments. Lots of moisturizing and now I'm big into exfoliation. Do you think I'm doing more harm than good by using an exfoliating scrub? The little keratin plugs don't seem to be getting any better, in fact they look more like acne than ever! Any thoughts?
