Showers

i was just wondering if any KP'ers knew if the water temperature in showers has any effect on KP, because i know i take really long, hot showers and was unsure about whether the hot water might be making it worse?

If anyone has any ideas or comments, it would be great! thanks!

Re: Showers

Leo,

I have read that high temp. can make eczema (a skin irritation) worse. KP is a form of skin irritation, and too high a temp. is irritating, so I would say, yes, it makes it worse.
