does anyone have treatments for sensitive skin???

Hullo all. I'm 16 and have had Keratosis Pilaris as long as I can remember. It has never really affected my life, or caused people to stare, but that doesn't mean I don't think about it and fuss over it all the time! I have it pretty bad on the backs of my upper arms.

It's not the bumps that get me so much as the REDNESS! I can sometimes get the bumps to go down with some sun, and lotion, but I can never do anything about the redness. I have very sensitive, very fair skin, so tanning is not a likely option for me. I am going to start exfoliating and see how it goes.

Finding someting effective would be amazing, and make me feel so much better. If anyone has anything they think I should try it would be greatly appreciated!!!

I've read posts by people who said that using Lubriderm lotion made their bumps go away. Have you ever tried Lubriderm?

Also, when I was a teenager, neutrogena transparent bar soap made my Keratosis Pilaris go completely away.

Hii!
I'm 16 too and I'm the exact same as you except I have a light tan sorta thing :P

Right now I'm doing the oil pulling thing (I'm sure theres a topic on it somewhere on here).
I've only did it for 4 days and I've only swished the oil about in my mouth for ten minutes but allready it's starting to go down.

The redness has sorta calmed and the bumps arestarting to go away! I'm gonna do this for a while cos I'm liking what I see so far!
