I finally decided to scratch this itch as to what this is on my arms, and found this place, and after reading all of these posts... I realize that I'm not the only one who's feeling the thoughts that I do. Embarrassment, hiding, fear of rejection, fears of no treatment.
I'm glad I'm with a guy that looks past the KP on my upper arms, he says he doesn't notice it, I can't help but notice it, and hide it. I feel like **** because of it, it really is an self esteem killer, I felt beautiful before I got this, clear arms up to 6th grade, then this horrid rash bumpiness that wouldn't go away started, I'm 23 and everyday I see it and it makes me want to cut it all off. I hope I find a cure a long with you guys.

You came to the right place. Spend some time browsing "General Discussion", and you will find many different methods for treating KP.
My husband didn't notice my KP bumps, just like your boyfriend. Obviously, we both have great guys who know what's really important!
