what's this vega test thing all about? and where could i get one?

I THINK its a test that determines allergies....dont quote me on this though, i've only briefly heard of it. some sort of elctroaccupuncture...how it works I'm really not sure.

I would assume that seeing your GP and asking about it would be the best way to access it. Whether they do it, or have to send you to a specialist, I'm not sure.

I haven't looked into a vega test myself, but you can apparently get one from a naturopath... check out this post for more info.

look at post #262 of the thread mentioned above, it tells you everything about a vega test, and you can search for someone to do it in your area of residence.

This test will measure food senstivities......these food senitivites are what is aggrivating your KP flare ups. when you avoid these foods your body heals itself.

I was sensitive to 38 foods, and four months after the first test, i am only sensitive to 4 foods now.

I will bet you will be sensitive dairy products. Milk especiallly. Probably wheat and other grains as well.

The test is not harmful in any way, and avoiding these foods for a few months to gain excellent health and be KP free is totally worth it.
