Re: KP on my breasts... anyone else with this problem?
yeah! I have had kp for years but only in the last few has it moved onto my torso and only one of my breasts. It's interesting, a lot of the "literature" on Kp says that it usually goes away with age. But I hear often in forums that for many people it gets worse and starts developing in areas other than the most common ones (such as the back of the thighs and upper arms)
I hear you with feeling unattractive because of it. I can't offer any suggestions, but I acknowledge that it can be hard. I hope you find some extra confidence. I always try to put it into perspective when I get in a panic about it. I think about how really, these little bumps are a very, very small part of me and my body. |

It's so embarrassing. My breast is probably where my kp is the worst.

I have it a bit of my chest and boobs. But it's mostly on my arms, thighs, sides, and my bum.
![]() I'm 19 and terribly afraid of ever being intimate with anyone when the time comes! I'm going to start doing oil pulling as soon as possible though. |

I do have it on my breasts as well. But it started to get better (just hope it stays that way...
) Have to keep moisturizing it... But it's still quite embarrassing. Otherwise I'm quite content with my boobs, just have to keep them hidden ![]() |

Re: KP on my breasts... anyone else with this problem?
Well, about 2 years ago I asked my Gyno why I had them on my breasts. She said that there are supposed to be bumps there throughout your cycle they get worse. The bumps around the areola are to keep that area moisturized. I've noticed that they are getting worse though in the past three years. I moved from NY to FL 5 years ago. I am a teacher and the school that I've been in for the past three years has AC problems. I think from sweating all day and having a bra on the sweat, oil, etc has no wear to go. I've also noticed the more I "pop" or "pick" at them the bigger they get. I've resorted to leaving them alone and exfoliating that area when I do my arms and hips. It has tremendously helped. I think the more you pick and pop them the bigger the pours get. I also take a second shower at night now to get ride of the "cooties" from school. <----teacher joke..sorry

I too have KP on my breasts. It was not so bad until my pregnancy. Since then, it has flared up. I'm hoping it flares back down. I'm uncomfortable wearing v-neck shirts--or any collar line below my collarbone. Any ideas?

I FOUND MY KP SOLUTION!
![]() 1: DON'T PINCH THEM! It makes the pores bigger and they will become bigger. When I feel the urge to pinch my KP anywhere I go and put on a sweatshirt. 2. Use Sulfur Soap with Salicylic Acid. I get mine from http://sal3.com/- They ship it priority for free! 3. Anywhere there is KP- follow up with Aveeno Moisturizing Lotion so it won't peel from the soap-I've noticed it's smoothed out my bumps to practically nothing in a week. Found tonight Sam's Club has 2 big bottle pack for $14 as supposed to the one I just bought for $11 at Walgreens. After the 1st day I noticed a huge difference! It's been a week and mine are almost totally gone! I use the soap on my face and entire body. It smells pretty good too! I've found using a body puff with the soap makes it lather better. The soap:3% Salicylic Acid and 10 % Sulfur Keratolytic action- which means it breaks up the Keratone (reason for KP) in your skin Antiseptic Anti fungal I love it! I bought the 6 pack and will definitely be buying more soon! |
