Hey,
I've been using the nuvaring for half a few months. I always had kp when I was on the pill, no matter what treatments I applied. But with the ring, my skin responds to KP treatments very well. I can only say: Give it a try! the ring does not affect the digestive system, so maybe the body can absorb nutrients, which are so important for KP, much better. Hugs, RedSandy |

When I first heard about nuvaring I was excited about it because the rest of your body isn't affected by the hormones, like the pill seems to do. But then I heard about how the ring falls out a lot when people go... um.. #2, and how it can get hooked around your partner. At that point I said 'forget about it'.

I'm with RedSandy: Nuevaring *is* great! But I've not noticed any difference, better or worse with my skin. I just love it b/c I don't have to think about it for 3 weeks at a time. I've even skipped periods with this method (just put a new one in instead of having your period). I've not had any problems that Laura_I mentioned, at all. Ever.
