first off id like to say tht im new here and tht whoever made this site is wonderful. I searched a few months back and found out i had kp...thot i had some strange eczema (thts wht all the doctors said)...im off tomorro to buys some stuff for my kp and experiment...gunna get the shea butter and mayb the neostrata stuff...also gunna start oil pulling... umm ya i have a huge fear of getting married because of kp... and i have it on my butt toooooo...and its smoother there like everyone else was saying...i tried tht bar of soap sea-buckthorn stuff and it worked...i sorta stopped and it all came back soim gunna get myself some of tht too..im so scared of it spreading or worsenng...
STRESS is definately a trigger for me...

We are glad to have you as a new member. It sounds like you have already found some new treatments to try. Let us know if you use the SBT again and if you continue to see improvement. Yoga helps with stress. It is the best thing I know to help me stay relaxed.

Hmmm i have KP on my butt too but its not as bad as the ones on my arms. Just moisturise after a shower/bath and it should get smoother (seems to be working for me).
BTW, im new to this too I've always been wondering what it was until i looked up ingrown hair and that led me to KP.
I have it all over my arms, but on my lower arms it isnt as bad but still..I hate wearing shirts and dont even mention singlets D:
