need feedback

Hello,

I just joined this site yesterday, but I forgot to ask some questions that have been on my mind. !st I hear a lot of talk about creams and exfoliants. I read an older post on here from a person who said they stopped using medicated treatments and left their skin alone for the most part. I am afraid to start exfoliating regularly because in the past it has only seemed to make the red dots worse. Is this common? Does that reaction go away with extended use? I'm planning to start taking a multi vitamin every day. Has this helped anyone? Also, whats the most talked about moisturizer (available over the counter)? And, what's the average time frame that things start to improve in once you've begun a daily regiment?

I take over 10 vitamins everyday just because im obsessive about nutriton. I've noticed that my KP, skin, and hair, looks worse in general when im not eating healthily or taking my vitamins. I've noticed that taking Vitamin E & Vitamin C are really beneficial to the areas effected with KP.
Exfoliation is a must! Whenever i stop exfoliating my KP gets a lot worse. There is no quick fix for this. You have to have a daily regimen to keep it in control.
I drink about 8 FL oz of carrot juice a day and that helps my KP too
Good luck

I also take tons of vitamins (yay, another nutrition freak!), but sadly, I can't say that it seems to have helped my skin at all. It's just been getting worse and worse.
