CMM114 - Hi, I am a mother of a 13 year-old who has just been diagnosed. In the KP spots where the bumps are gone, she has lost all pigmentation in her skin which has produced white spots. Have you been actually diagnosed with vitiligo? Is the vitiligo a result of the KP?

You should browse the other threads for lots of treatment advice, but my favorite is Arbonne. A few other people have had luck with it, too. Try their NutriMinC RE9 Body Wash, Body Serum, and Body Lotion. They have a line for 15-30 yr olds called "Intelligence", but I can't say whether it would help KP or not, since I've only used the RE9 set. im 17 and i have keratosis on my arms legs and stomach but not much on my stomach its just spotty not lumpy but i have ulerythema ophryogenes on my face so i look sunburnt alot of the time i know im a lad but if anyone wants to chat im all ears it would be nice to talk to someone my age as i have trouble with going outside and go to counseling

I have really severe KP on my arms with minimal redness, and less severe KP on my thighs with lots of redness...

ok ive been really reading into this procedure of something that u can do to cure KP. It kinda takes away time in the morning... but its supposed to give awesome results, its kinda long to explain, but go to google and type "oil pulling" and you should really read all about it. Its awesome, ive just started two days ago so theres not that much results, but keep it going for a month and it will cure all parts of your body with KP.
