Hey guys one last thing:

Do you know what the deal is with this scrubbing and buff puffs being bad for you. My derm also said that it's bad to scrub to hard and are buff-puffs really harsh? I'm afriad to really scrub cause I do laser. Maybe I can just wait like a month (cuase I just did laser) and then start scrubbing. DOES ANYONE ELSE DO LASER HAIR REMOVAL??

I've learned such a important lesson. I'm plaaing on going to med school soon, God willing, and when I'm a doc I will not tell my patients that this is the only treatment and this or that is a condition that you just have to live with. I will tell them that this is the information that I was given, but I am not the last authority. I WILL EMPOWER THEM TO DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH.

Also, the hyperpigmnetation on my back may be associated with a type of exema (atopical dermititis??). Does anyone know about this...should I try exema treatments for my back.

Now I Am Having Phototherapy To See If I Improve My Keratosis Pilaris, I Have It Everywhere.

Now Is Being One Month I Am Doing It, At The Moment It Looks Better, But I Am Not Sure At 100%. I Will Tell You If It Goes Off.
