Problems with links on the page

Problems with links on the page

For some reason, I can't click on the links to the forums on the left hand side of the home page. I try to get into the forums by using those links, and I can't. I have to get into the forum in a weird roundabout way. I also can't get the tabs at the top of this page to work: Library and Resources, Helpful Hints, Products, etc. ????
