Post Coconut Oil, Retin-A, Sugar Scrub, and Lac-Hydrin (which work?)

Hey so I've been trying a bunch of different things to try to reduce my KP.
On my right arm, i used nothing but the sugar scrub (which i used everywhere). its similar to elsa zoe's sugar scrub but i bought it at whole foods. in other words, this arm is my control.

on my left arm i used the sugar scrub and lac-hydrin five

on my right leg i used the sugar scrub and tretinoin cream also known as retin-a

on my left leg i used coconut oil and the sugar scrub.

i continued this treatment regularly for 6 weeks and here are my results:

sugar scrub: i noticed that right after using the sugar scrub my skin looked a tad bit better (though placebo effect is possible) but im pretty sure it was an actual improvement. overall though my control arm is not significantly better than it was before sugar scrub treatment 6 weeks ago.

lac-hydrin 5: visually, there is absolutely no improvement on my skin. in fact, even the bumps are still there. but in all cases where people were asked to rub one arm and then the other and tell me which one was better (and they had no idea which was control) they unanimously agreed on the lac-hydrin arm. im thinking this is because the lac-hydrin improved the feel of the skin around the kp bumps (and probably the skin on the kp bumps.. but they're still bumps). however, this seems like something a much less expensive moisturizer could do.

coconut oil: i was excited for this one because of all the rave reviews it has all over the internet. and indeed it did seem to help my kp! i have fewer bumps but there are still enough to make me grimace at the idea of wearing shorts. the texture of my skin around the kp bumps is smoother. and the bumps seem smaller. and if i had to give a percentage.. id say my kp improved somewhere around 50%! possibly more possibly less. plus it smells really good lol

finally the tretinoin or retin-a: well this cream seemed to be doing absolutely nothing for the longest time (coconut oil as well.. for the longest time both legs were exactly the same) but only recently.. in the past few days my leg has gotten SIGNIFICANTLY worse. id say a 60-70% INCREASE in kp. but im taking this as a positive sign because other threads on here about tretinoin say it gets worse before it gets better. if this happens i will update you guys here but mind you all the other threads said it fixed everything up in ~3weeks and its been 6!!

overall best performance (so far): coconut oil with a 50-60% improval and pleasant smell

please tell me your experiences with these products and i hope this was helpful (and not too long)
