I have been told of a home remedy to fix KP:

Mix Disprin (contains acetylsalicylic acid) in aqueous cream.

I'm not sure if this is safe, I can't say and don't want to take the risk.

Don't know how many tablets, but some Salicylic acid BHA lotions use 2%.

Has anyone heard of or tried mixing asprin with aqueous cream?

This medicine is for only head ache.
dont use it any other disease .

I dont know which are the exact ingredients of Disprin but theres people who says having good results with aspirin mascaras.... in such home made products the acetyl salicylic acid is not stabilized and is not the same as salicylic acid, the first is broken to salicylic acid in the small intestine, not when applied to the skin with water or cream. Besides for the exfoliation to be effective the formula must have certain pH and concentration of salicylic acid ( 0,5 - 2%) so even a small portion is deacetylated im not sure if its going to be enough to make a difference.

Something that could have possitive effect is acetyl salicylic acid physical exfoliation and its anti inflammatory properties, if you are interested about salicylic acid chemical exfoliation is better to use a well formulated commercial product.
