Ok you guys, you all know KP is from hard dried up plugs of stuff on your skin, its related to excema and psoriasis geneticly
anyways, you need to exfoliate your skin so i bought a home sauna thing, google this (steam sauna ib3) and thats the one i got =D i figured itd be like soaking in a hot tub for 10000 hours =D and it was while i was in the home sauna i rubed my skin and tons of dead skin came off i just rubed with my fingers and it rolled off, anyways i only did it for 2 days and my KP has dramaticly cleared up it took off sooo much dead skin so damn fast and ive tried hella stuff to get rid of this annoying skin condition like i use 20% AHA lotion, everyday and aluminum oxide crystals with lotion to scrub for 2 hours every day i got KP all over my arms and legs and it pi-ss-es me off, sometimes i feel like burning or scaring all my skin so i wont have it anyways my skin is super smooth, it still has red marks (those take time to get rid of because its irritation inside the hair folical that causes the red dots) so i got some red dots but my skin is flat and smooth without any bumps 2 days ago my skin was COVERD in bumps and the steamer let me rub my skin smooth in 2 sessions, thats rediculously effective but yeah, all the external bumps dissapeared in 2 days of rubbing dead skin off with my fingers and, i scrubbed with aluminum oxide crystals for like 8 month staright religiously every SINGLE DAY for like 2 hours each time, along with the 20% lotion and seen results of smoothing out but NOTHING compared to using this stupid steam sauna this thing makes ur skin all soft and fall off super fast just turn it on tubro and high heat, let it boil, then when the water is boiling u just put it to low and sit in it and steam while ur naked so u can rub ur whole body then wait till ur body is all wet and start scrub-ing ur skin with ur nails, and also rub it with ur fingers a LOT like back and fourth hella on ur arms and legs wherever u got it then when u get super hot and wanna get out stand up and keep rubbing ur skin off till ur dry U GET TONS OF DEAD SKIN OFF my KP on my arms and legs looks way less irritated now i gotta bad case too cuz i live in alaska n its hella dry here ANYWAYS think bout it, u guys keep trying to exfoliate either soak in a tub for like 40 hours or get a steamer so your skin will soften up and u can rub all the dead skin off THE STEAMER WORKS WAY FASTER THEN SOAKING anyways u guys, use the AHA lotion and stuff still after u do it im sure itd just speed up results on clearing up the irritated folicle BUT THIS WORKS and it makes sense, just think bout it i couldnt find 1 thread on steaming in a sauna on this so i figured id tell u guys since it works really good and i dont care bout spelling so dont get on my case imma dude =D I GOT BETTER RESULTS FROM 2 DAYS OF RUBBING MY SKIN OFF IN THE SAUNA THEN I GOT FROM 8 MONTHS OF CONSTANT AHA 20% and SCRUBBING VIGEROUSLY WITH aluminum oxide crystlas sorry for the caps BUT I MEAN IT hahahahha i seriously mean it i got better results in 2 damn days, this method works you gotta rub ur skin a lot while ur steaming, and after u get out while ur still wet because if u wait till ur dry ur skin will be locked on ur skin again do it while its all moist and soft and then ud obviously wanna shower to rinse away all the dead globs of skin u rubbed off, they stay on ur body for the most part after u rub em off, it comes off in rolls and u got lil rolls of dead skin all over wherever u rubbed, so u will wanna obviously wash that away in the shower DUH and im sure the more u steam and loosen up those plugs, the better the results will be so im continuing to do it obviously it works i see results dramaticly in 2 days, but as far as the flat skin with red dots on it i think that will take a little more work, but this is still by far the best exfoliation thing ive ever done and ive done a lot just mix this treatment up with whatever dietary things or skin care things your doing and your going to get better results Last edited by Qdizzle; 05-30-2009 at 05:33 AM.. |

Re: New home sauna treatment works great!
Ok, an update its the very next day after my post, and the red dots are looking a lot better, i didnt even scrub again and my skin is becoming much more fleshy colored, the red dots are a lot less red in other words =D
KP is an exfoliation problem, with keratin plugs and stuff blocking hair folicles steaming and softening your skin makes it so ur dead skin loosens up and makes it easy to take off u can scrub for hours and hours with whatever, and use acids on ur skin to try to get it to loosen up but trust me, steaming makes it loosen up way better then AHA lotions and scrubbing everyday just rub your skin like crazy with ur fingers and stuff and you will get tons of exfoliation, TONS more then trying to do it with AHA or aluminum oxide crystals im sure the other preventative measures really do work and prevent it from coming back but this actually made me see results almost instantly and u really recommend you guys try it out |

Re: New home sauna treatment works great!
yeah but
u gotta rub ur skin like crazy when your steaming to get tons of keratin plugs and stuff off steaming alone doesnt do it, you have to rub it off while ur super soft |
