Sorry for the misunderstanding !

I don't apply the SBT and the coconut oil at the same time, I generally apply the SBT oil in the morning after having my shower with the SBT soap or gel, and the coconut oil in the evening before going to bed, everyday. (I don't have a shower twice a day, I apply the coconut oil even without showering since my skin isn't that dirty at the end of the day )

About the SBT lotion, I sometimes apply it over the SBT oil when I have time, or I apply it in the evening instead of the coconut oil...
Actually, I don't have a precise routine : I do apply the SBT oil every morning but in the evening, it depends on my mood I guess I try to alternate as much as possible.

I hope it answered your question !

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

I've been doing this for about 6 weeks and I think it's working. It's hard to say exactly how much it's cleared and I don't have any photos but I'd say it's somewhere between 20-50% better.
I've only been using sea buckthorn capsules (4 a day) and the Aubrey Organics soap (sometimes twice a day but usually once or not at all, I've been using it more sporadically than I should have but at least twice a week).
It could have been something else because I've been moisturising more frequently and scrubbing my arms a bit more. I haven't changed my diet, in fact I think I'm eating a bit worse than usual.
It's still not cleared up enough for me to wear a sleeveless T-shirt but I do think it's working and hopefully it will continue to improve. I wanted to wait to post until I was relatively sure. I have the bumpy red kind that look like acne, but no red dots like some people have.
I'll post if I see more improvement (which I hope I do!)

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

I am planning to try this soon. (Even though I already said that once and never did)
Sadly, I can't find the soap or anything whatsoever. Anyone from Canada know where I could buy this?
Maybe I should just try amazon.com but what brand of soap should I grab?

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

Thank you! That site seems to have everything. I checked out amazon and it is about $30 just to ship anything to Canada so this site will be great.
I'm going to be getting 3 bars of the Aubrey soap. Any other suggestions?

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

I've been seeing some good results after 6 weeks using only the Aubrey soap and some sea buckthorn capsules. The ones I take are these ones: Omega 7 Sea Buckthorn Oil Capsules from HollandandBarrett.com (UK) made by Pharma Nord but I don't know if they're available in Canada (I assume a different brand would work too).

I'm also using coconut oil as this in combination with the sea buckthorn is making gunk come out of my pores so you might want to get some of that too.

I bought 3 and I still haven't used up one in 6 weeks. I guess it depends on how you use it though. Also obviously if it's not dry when you're finished it'll dissolve sooner.

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

i wash my body with the soap 3 times each time i shower just make sure it has absorbed into the skin so the soap really gets used up quickly.

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

Yea I have figured I might as well get more soap because I plan to commit to this and I'm gonna need soap anyways and since it doesn't go bad I should just stock up.

I'm not sure how long a bar will last me but I only plan to use it on my arms so they may last.

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

I lied again, I ended up only getting 2 bars. I don't want to invest a lot of cash with zero results so I'm going to test the soap out until they run out and then decide whether or not I should get more stuff.

Sadly I can't seem to find the drink at anywhere that won't rip me off for Canadian shipping. I was hoping to use something orally to test the stuff out but I have no way to do so
I will keep people posted on my results.

Re: The Sea Buckthorn Treatment Guide

So this treatment is working for me... I have Kp everywhere on my body, legs, calves, forearms, upper arms, chest, back, little on the stomach. So i really cant tell you if i broke out, there were times when my scalp andthose sores where itchyy as hell and then times when it seemed that the sores were not there. Its been about a month, i started with lotion, soap, shampoo and seabuck 7 pills.. Now i only use the lotion soap and shampoo, and am looking to get the drink. I use lotion twice a day and the bottlelasts about a week. soap 2 times letting it soak into my skin in the shower lasts about a month and the shampoo is still going strong using it every other day.. My forearms are 40% better, Legs are about 40% better calves and upper arms seem to be stubborn there about 15% better if that. Chest is better as well. I am happy with it and will continue i just recieved 4 new bottles and 1 soap and am going to order the shamppooo.. IT does get quite costly but im sure this will work for me and suggest to anyone who showed the demodex symptoms. Btw the sores in my head are getting better aswell. Within 4 months im sure ill be able to wear a tank top (FINGERS CROSSED)
