I have severe KP, I have it on my back, arms, stomach, chest, upper and lower legs, forearms.. It has the white filled bumps and also the redness.. Only place I don't have it is on my face. I have tried all sorts, Creams I find to be a waste of time.. The most successful treatment for me has been the following:

Eden organic carrot juice twice a day
MSM - 2000mg (1000mg twice a day)
Biosil drops - put in the carrot juice

This treatment significantly reduces the bumps and redness and makes my skn ultra soft. I have had several occasions where I was unable to keep up this regime (work etc) and it returned. As soon as I was back on it, my skin dramatically improved. I have been doing this for some time now. Hope this helps someone.
