Cod liver oil and Keratosis pilaris

Hey. I've been taking Cod liver oil ( liquid form) for 5 days now. But more bumps are growing . I am wondering whether anyone has taken cod liver oil and has helped with their skin condition. How was it like when u first started taking cod liver oil? Is more bumps growing natural?
