I have never heard that a having a dog would cause or aggravate KP. Any one else want to share your thoughts on this with doglover?

I have 2 golden retrievers and my KP hasn't gotten worse because of it. Even if my dogs did make my KP worse, I love them like crazy and I wouldn't give them up for anything.

I love my two whippets. There is no way KP would stop me having dogs. I can't imagine why you would think it was a problem.

The thought of someone not being able to have pets is very silly!
I have never in all my life heard that having animals around can worsen
the condition of KP sufferers. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

no not that i know of
but if ur getting bumps from having dogs you might be allergic to them
go to a doctor and see if u have KP or if ur allergic
