Question Scarring?

Right now the worst of my KP is the scars I have from picking at them all over the past 2 years. I've finally got the strength to stop myself, but it's too late. My entire arms have lighter blotches EVERYWHERE. I bought some Mederma for scars, but this is a huge area to cover, and it takes 3-6 months and you have to apply it 2-3 times a day! I think that's a little much...
Is there anything else that can help the scars?
Include anything that can clear up the KP itself, too!
That'd be really helpful.
Thanks!

Re: Scarring?

Allyou,

Use lots of moisturizer and get some moderate sun tanning, like 5 - 10 minutes a day.
Vit. E is recommended for diminishing scars, but research can't prove it makes a difference. Keep in touch and let us know if you are successful diminishing scars.
