Bikini, Kp duty and bumpy cheeks!

So, I will give you a background.

I have had kp for as long as I remember, recently its got a little worse,

Its always been bad on my arms and I have had slight bumps on my cheeks but now the bumps on my cheeks are ruining my complexion.

I don't know what to do, I have started using a towel on my pillow , I exfoliate and I have recently ordered some kp duty stuff which I don't care im going to try it out on my face just to see if it helps.

what can I do to reduce the kp on my face? Thats my first priority then I will focus on my arms.

Its nearly summer so I am going to get some sun to see if that helps but it really bothers me because my skin is my pride and joy I normally have great skin with a glowy complection apart from some under eye circles and rosy cheeks and the odd little bump under my skin ( not acne , kp ).

Its really bothering me and im not sure what I can use that is ok for young skin?

I really want to reduce it by summer ( three months ? ) so I can look nice for the beach. Whats the point of me exercising my thighs off if I look like I'm a stray from a leper colony?

help?

Thanks much,
Sophie.

Hi Sophie,

Welcome to the KP forum. There are different remedies for KP, maybe because there are different causes. If you have the time, please read as many of the posts here as you can and try some of the suggested remedies. Let us know if anything helps you.

Hi, Sophie. I too, have very bad KP for as long as i can remember, but recently it has gotten worse. All I can say is talk to your doctor if you haven't already, as s/he can give you samples to try such as lotions, etc. Other than that I do not have much to say except I am also trying to minimize my symptoms by summer! Good luck!
