advice?

hiya!
i'm fourteen and i'm almost 100% sure that i have kp, but it's not severe anywhere but on my upper arms, which are really bumpy and has red blotches...i used to have it on my cheeks, but it went away. but my mom and brother both used to have it, and it went away. (my brother is 18, but he says he doesn't remember when exactly they disappeared.) i was just wondering, do you think the same thing could happen to me? and should i start treatment before i know if it'll fade completely? (oil pulling, etc.) i'll keep moisturizing daily whether i know it'll fade or not and i'll continue eat healthy and exercise (i jog for a half hour in the morning, do softball for one to three hours after school, and do cardio, weight lifting, etc. for an hour or two at night...yeah, i'm a big health nut), but i'm just wondering if i should take drastic steps before i even know that it's for keeps.
but guhh, i sure hope it's not...i hate these things.

thanks! (;

Re: advice?

I would just keep the moisturizing up like you plan too, and wait until you get older to see what happens. When your hormones calm down everything changes, also if you stay on your current schedule KP won't effect your attractiveness at all ^^. I just turned 18 and my KP/KPRF has calmed down some, but i am pretty sure i will have it the majority of my life.
