3/6/08: Hopefully a Cure?

Hey everyone -
I just thought I'd let you all know that I'm about to try Glytone combined with Cod Liver oil and some multivitamins. I'm also tweaking my diet so I'm eating a little healthier. Before I developed the kp, I was taking vitamins and cod liver oil everyday; I'm thinking that maybe if I give this a shot hopefully things will clear up a bit. As for the glytone, I've heard alot of positive reviews of it, so it must be worth giving it a shot. I'll keep this updated if any of you are intrested.

xo

GNC - GNC Liquid Norwegian Cod Liver Oil

PS:
I know kp sucks, and my heart goes out to all of you on here. It showed up with me after my parents divorced seven years ago. I stopped taking vitamins, etc. and my skin just worsened. I haven't really done much with my skin besides a little urea here and there. My real only fear with this is letting it take over my life, even though it sounds a little stupid it's true. This is something I don't really want to be dealing with a few years down the road. I'm also starting to see my kp in a different light - It's just what makes us up as people. I'm actually grateful for it in a sense. I've learned not to judge people for what's on the outside. Good luck everyone; I hope that we can all pull something positive out of this and finally find a real treatment.

Try Azelaic Acid as a cream / gel.
It's working for me 90% better in 3 weeks face only.
Just top of forehead left to treat overnight and acne cream during the day - a lot less now as less spot and lumps are forming and were going into winter here were I live.

Tried Kebods oil pulling - Useless 0% improvement.
Gave me clean white teeth - at least the Dentist was impressed.

Fancy soaps - 0%

Tee tree oil - 0%

SeaBuck thorn showed minor improvement, which got me thinking if it was Demodex mite etc?

Hence stumbled on the Azelaic Acid. It's safe compared to other treatments. I don't want to cover legs & arms all at the same time without futher advise. So I just tried it on the face which all that really maters to me.

Azelaic Acid treats acne etc. etc. so I'm not sure if it's the mite in my case or the Azelaic Acid is just doing other things that are Working for me.

Best wishes on your endevours for something that works for you.

Martin
