im 15 from london, and its getting hot here..and like i started getting these reddish bumps on my upper about a year ago, i find it really annoying because i think everyone can notice it and then after thinking that, i dont wanna wear any sleeveless tops..grr..if they only find a CUREE! all our lives would be much better..lool :]

Welcome to the KP Forum. Have you read the two sticky threads, "Thread Devoted to What Works for You", and "Commerical Products that Have Worked". You will find many success stories from other forum members, detailing the methods and products they used to decrease KP more than 50%.

I am 16, northern Poland. Well for the past couple of weeks been full of unbearably high temperatures, burning sun and totally no wind breezing. Fortunately it changed yesterday. Now it's about 22 degrees Celsius, quite windy and some outbreaks of drizzle.

I've tried exfoliating and moisturizing, but so far all that's helped for me somewhat is tanning. I really need to find something that works well especially in the winter. However, I haven't had the chance to try out anything else, I kinda just now found out what this is.

I'm 15 and I've had KP all of my life. Since it's on my face, I see no need to try to hide it on my arms or anything. This is just the way I am. I'm not ashamed of it anymore.

i'm 16 with kp all over. arms,legs,chest,face, ect ect. the only thing i have found was to make sure your skin is always moisturized and get sun as often as you can. tanning bed or just set out in your yard if you can
