Im skinny and have KP, and seen heavy people with KP.

I don't know that KP and being overweight are related but I do think that KP can be improved with diet

I have always been underweight, and have had KP since I was a young adult. I agree that it can be improved with diet, though I don't know if that alone is enough to be rid of it.

i believe that my kp got worse when i gained extra weight.

I don't think so at all. I think it might get worse if you're overweight, but I'm 5'10, female, and weigh 125 pounds yet I still have a severe case.

I heard from some people that some people that has the same bump like me, are also fat.
I'm fat too since I was a child.
Whether it's related or not between KP en fat people i'm not exactly sure.
