Shower Temperature

Shower Temperature
Since hot water open up pores and our skins are clogged...i am curious to see who actually showers with warmer water than cold because i shower with colder than warmer water.

I shower with cool/warm water because my eczema gets worse in heat or extreme temperature changes. I think hot water or steam would probably help though.

I shower with tepid water -- not too hot, not too cold. I think hot water would tend to dry my skin, and, like Clyn, it makes my eczema worse.

Hey -- that would be a good poll question: how many of us have KP and eczema?
