I am right handed and my KP is worse on that side. My lower right arm has always been the worse.
I get in on my back a bit too but its my arms that are the worse.
Took docs 20 years to diagnoise me...........silly ha

My left arm is always much worse then my right when it comes to KP...I guess it is circulation..that makes sense
