Re: Which treatment worked for you?
Coconut oil is always solid below 74-76 deg. F. It is always liquid above that temperature.

Re: Which treatment worked for you?
laser treatment:
PDL for redness (lessens redness with every treatment (had 7 so far once a month) 7.5 joules = no bruising. IPL for hair removal in beard area (cheeks only) male treatment, totaly, completly gets rid of KP and bumps. smooth skin on cheeks again just like before puberty, when there was no hair growth. get rid of the hair, gets rid of KP! |

Re: Which treatment worked for you?
KP killer it's interesting you said:
<<P.S: tan after swimming in salt water its the only way kp will fully disapear!!>> I remember one summer I got unusually tan and was swimming in the salty ocean daily and I was surprised the KP vanished. I told a doctor one time, and he said no the sun and salt shouldn't work, but it did. But, I never have been in the sun and ocean that much since that one summer, and won't do it again because of not wanting the sun exposure. But, it did work. |

Re: Which treatment worked for you?
I wonder if a salt scrub + tanning would do anything? I know tanning isn't good for the skin, but I notice that with just a little sun my KP looks a tad better. I may try to find a salt scrub or something like that and see if it helps.

Re: Which treatment worked for you?
sun tanning helped somewhat, but anything that is acid such as ACV and Glycolic Acid (i'm about to use 50%) is helping alot at the moment!

Re: Which treatment worked for you?
Can anyone tell me what AHA is?
It sounds like it may work well but is it actually called AHA or is that an abbreviation for it? I might want to talk to my derm. about it, since I'll be going there this Monday... Thanks. P.S. Do you think maybe the reason the Food Sensitivity Diet (Baronster's) didn't have a high percentage on this poll is because maybe not many people have had the "vega" test? Because I thought it sounded like a good idea and it suprised me when it only had 1 vote...
