Hi...I know this has been asked numerous times...but I am looking for a solution to KP on my 8 year old daughter's face. It seems the bumps are getting worse lately. I know she is in the early puberty stages, and I'm wondering if this is making it worse. Also, does anyone know if allergies have anything to do with making it worse? I would appreciate you all sharing anything that has worked for you with your children. I feel I need to start trying something before it gets bad. She also has KP on her thighs and arms, but we manage to control that very well with Avon Dry Skin Bubble Bath. She has had KP since 8 months old. Thanks so much!

Some of the KP community members have been tested for food allergies and sensitivities. They have modified their diets and KP has diminished a lot.

Some commom allergies and/or sensitivities are related to lactose (regular milk, eggs, yogurt, cheese...) and wheat intake.

You can get a test at your doctor's office (allergist) or a sensitivity test (Vega Test) at your naturopath.
