I have a DD who is 4. We were told last year by her Dr. she had just dry skin and I knew it was more than that. Finally the nurse who saw her for her physical told me it was KP. My DD has it on her cheeks and every now and then one will get all red. We had one that last 4 months until I finally was able to squeeze it and put hydro proxide on it. She has one now but doesn't want me touching it...any thoughts on what to do to get it to go away. The little bumps are fine it is just when it gets big and red it bothers her.
