KP spreading
Both of my children have KP on their cheeeks, back of arms and front of legs. My son is 4 and his is pretty mild. My daughter has many more bumps/whiteheads than he does, but they do not get red except on her face. Recently, though, they both have these rashy bumpy areas on their faces that look a little different than the KP. My son's is under his mouth and my daughter's is under her nose, but is spreading to under her mouth and to the sides of her nose. It is very unsightly and is so red. I've been treating it with Eucerin, but it seems to be getting worse. Today I bought the Eeveno moisturizing bar and washed both of their faces with it, then moisturized with the Eucerin. I'm concerned that this is not the KP spreading, but is something different. Has anyone had this kind of situation? When I asked my pediatrician about it a few weeks ago, he said that KP just gets worse in the winter and to deal with it. Does anyone have any input on this? Thanks!!

Re: KP spreading
I tried Eucerin, Cetaphil, Lactin Lotion and nothing worked. I found a website dermadoctor.com. They sell a lotion called KP Duty (Made for KP) and an exfoliating scrub. In two weeks my son was cleared. I keep applying lotion after bathing and no more flare ups.
