Neem leaf and oil cream has reduced the bumpiness ALOT ALOT ALOT !!! wooohooo!! we have been using it 1x day off and on for 3 weeks and it is really effective. won't say what company because i am not plugging any particular brand but I think it is worth trying. natural and the stuff is celebrated around the world for many things.
