Looking for effective treatment

Hi to All,

I'm new to this site. I'm so curious to find a better regimen that is cheap and effetive for this annoying KP.Can anyone suggest something that works for you. It will be interesting also if you could attach before and after pictures.
Probably if I decided to start a regimen I like, I will take a before and after pictures too and post here so everyone will see if my regimen is a success.

Thanks in advance for those who will reply!

Donna

Hi there usually scrubbing with cleanser and applying a good moisturiser are the best things for me to get rid of the bumps, I find it very hard to get rid of the red dots as do most people. My skin is practally smooth after two months of exfoliating every day and moisturising twice a day. Also taking vitamin A and E and fish oil helps the skin.
For the red dots there are cleansers and lotions that contain benzoyl peroxide to lightly bleach the skin I have yet to try this. Sun is very good also you cant even see my kp after loads of sun, so I have to have yearly skin checks now to stay on the safe side. Hope this helps you and that you find the right routine that suits you coz it is a routine if I stop scrubbing my smooth skin goes away really fast so stick to it!

Thank you so much....I'll try that. But can you give me the exact product you use for the cleanser and moisturiser (I hope they are available here in Toronto). And as soon as you tried the product with benzoyl perozide and can you let me know if it helps to get rid off the redness. Thanks again Keira Mae.
