Mom of 4 yr old girl with KP..I think

While it hasnt been dianosed by a dr. I am almost positive this is what my daughter has. Its at its worst right now

So Im looking for some things you guys have tried, that I can try on her. Its mainly on her right upper arm, but also left, and lower arms. She gets it on her cheeks occasionally, and thighs. It doesnt really bug her now. She thinks its funny she has bumps LOL Gotta love a 4 yr old. But Im hoping to find something that will help, for when she gets older.
