If you are able to find Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (EVCO) then this is an ideal starting point.

It is applied to the skin after bathing/showering while the skin is still wet, rubbed in gently, and the droplets of water dried off by patting with a towel. It seals in the moisture, and helps with bumps and redness.

I'm mediterranean/Native American (olive skinned) and have no redness as well.
