Can we summarize on treating a baby's face for bumps?

Hi All!
I'm trying to come up with solutions to reduce the high number of pluggy-bumps on my almost 1-year-old's cheeks. Rather than scrolling through all the posts, would you mind sharing what has/has not worked for your child?
