update on msn: working or not?

My nails are growing faster and stronger my hair seems stronger and healthier. i've been through 2 and a half bottles. my kp seems to be better, not really getting any new bumps but it doesn't really seem to be helping with the red spots. i've picked a small patch on my arms that i carefully monitor and the redness seems to be fading but i am also using a bleaching cream twice a day so it might be from that. either way, i have joint pains and the msm seems to help with that so i am going to keep it up and if my kp gets better then i will write back and let everyone know.
