i just recently had the intense pulsed light laser done and well its been about a week and what ive noticed is it doesnt just dissapper and receed away it goes down in tones and mine has maybe gone down 1 or 2 but still is kindly red but after some more i hope to finally be rid of it...but about your question ive heard the same thing and honeslty i dont think its true i know that alot of ppl say kprf looks worse in winter and better in summer and u should get it done when humitidy isnt high and its cold but honestly it doesnt matter what time of the year u get it done...if u have any more questions feel free to ask me cuz ive learned and looked up about every possible cure and every laser there as been for this condition i hope this helps

This is true.
You can only be treated in summer if you don't go out,at all.In spring or fall you can go out with sunblockers(30+).
You must take care for more than 4 weeks, after a treatment, otherwise you might get brown and dark reddish spots on the treated area.(hyperpigmentation)
Also sports are not good for 2 weeks after a treatment.
I had about 20 laser treatments and so just believe me.
