moisturize with something good and stick with it. it takes time to find something that will work for you, and, a lot of different things a dermatologist or doctor will recommend will cost a lot of money, and in the end, not even do much for your kp. if you see a dermatologist, ask for samples first, before you buy anything. anyway, keeping your skin moisturized alot, should help. a lot of people here have also had good results using sulfur soap or taking msm supplements. you may even want to consider trying a handmade soap and see if that helps your kp also.
