So, Mark you may ask your doctor if you can try it on your face. It says it can be used on the face. As for Lotrisone, it's an anti-fungal/steroid lotion that is safe as a maintenance medicine or to be used sporadically. I used it all over for over 10 years and I did have some skin thinning but I was clear. Now I just use the Elidel, MD Forte Hand & Body Cream (Dermadoctor.com)and Tea Tree Oil Body Wash (from Keihl's). I'm very satisfied with the results.
