Discovery to reduce KP !

I did some research and found that many skin diseases are caused by overactive adrenal glands which produce a hormone called CORTISOL, this normal hormone will cause inflammation of skin trapping sweat, oil and hairs, For three weeks I have taken large doses of MAGNESIUM 3 times daily and I sleep better and my skin looks great !
