this is true. Garlic is vvvery good for a women's diet. Whenever I get yeast infections or vag. dryness I just take Garlic for like 3 days and it goes away. Also Garlic is good to take when you are taking antibiotics, cause antibiotics often cause y.i./dryness. When I started back on the pill after my second child I got a little imbalanced down there so I took Garlic then too. It didn't help me w/kp at least quick enough for me to notice, cause I tried it too for a little bit, along w/zinc. I also tried an internal detox w/this candida package. Tazorac & Aveeno is my method of choice
