I can understand what you are going through, between the ages of 13-17 I had the same problems. Im now 23 and I have to say that the redness has improved dramatically. When I was 17 I was given a piece of advice that helped me no end; it was from a teacher at school. He told me to stop worrying about it as that would only make it worse, and to just go with it - think he suffered from it too! He said to look in a mirror every day and say to yourself "You look good". I believe you have to make a positive decision; are you going to take control of it, or are you going to let it take control of you? Stick with the medication - everything gets worse before it gets better and remember your NOT alone.

Seek treatment for rosacea. I just saw a commercial for some new drug that is really effective for rosacea and reducing the redness. I know you might be thinking "I have Keratosis Pilaris" but the creme I use for my KP which is on my arms/legs/face/hips/buttocks is actually a creme for plaque psoriases but it eats up my KP to where you don't really see it or feel it now.
