Tazorac and Aveeno

Okay I have been using this stuff since about the end of October. I gave birth July 8th of 2002 to my second daughter and by mid October my KP got really bad. Anyways I have been using Tazorac and Aveeno lotion and it works well. I got carried away in the beginning and was putting alot on (TAZORAC)and leaving it on for a longer amount of time. As a result my skin was very itchy and irritated cause this stuff sloughs of your skin quickly. I quickly sllloooowwwed down on the amount and how often, now I do it about once a week, but try to put lotion on every day and my skin is soooo much better. I waited awhile to post this cause I didn't want to jinx myself.
So if you are interested it's Tazorac cream I got it at the .10% it's $25/tube with my insurance and the tubes go rather quickly in the begin (especially when you gotta cover arms/legs/buttocks etc) but as time goes on you use less and less. I don't care what it costs. Make sure you use a good lotion too to keep skin soft. I am a lazy person who has two kids and I don't shower everyday or intend on applying 10 different chemical and scrubs and brushes and etc that you need a manual to figure out. I tried the scrub brush thing in the begin. cause that's what my mother in law uses but that just made my KP worse.
Anyways go to a derm get Tazorac (.10%) and Aveeno and call me in 3 months. Tazorac is what is prescribed for plaque psoriases. The derm I am using now freeked out when I first came to her she said in her words "oh my god your covered in it" and she sprayed me w/liquid nitrogen like I was a cock-roach (I laugh about it now).
