A lot of yous mention sulfur soap. I just have a few questions about it. I know it smells but, how bad is it and what does it smell like? Is the odor lasting and if so, how long will it take to fade? Will it lighten the redness? What should I look for when purchasing sulfur soap? What can I expect from using sulfur soap. I would love to hear responses particularly from people who have used the soap. Positive and negative comments are all welcomed!!

I've been using sulfur soap for about a month now. I was afraid that it would smell bad because many here have noted that, but I was surprised when I didn't come out of the shower smelling like ****. I have noticed small results so far. I still have bumbs, and my old scars have not yet disapeared (which the sulfur soap isn't supposed to do...according to my knowledge). I have faith that once summer comes it will be better. It's hard to tell if there's improvement since the cold weather makes the redness very apparent.

I totally agree w/ Hopeful. The sulf. soap has really helped my arms & legs. I also use a stiff nail brush as well. I follow this w/ Lubriderm Advanced Therapy Lotion to combat the dryness. I don't really think the soap smells that bad. I do however also use Dove Nutrium soap after on my arms because it has a really great scent.

hi. i've been using the sulfur soap from sulfursoap.com for a few months now and it is keeping my arms around 95% clear. the odd bump comes and goes but that is it. before, my KP was all over my upper and forearms. it was all these little bumps side by side and they were very red and irritated looking. now i have no red spots at all. with the exception of a faint pink tint after i apply my medication, there is no red at all. the soap is working wonders for me. as for the smell, i find the actual bar quite nice smelling. i never, ever use a facecloth with it, though. i only use my nail scrubber. if you do that, there is no "rotten egg" smell. hope this helps.
