Running in dry indoor track causing KP?
I had always had bumps on the back of my arm, but never on the rest of my body. But in the last 8 months it has rapidly spread to the front of my amrs, my shoulders, and the sides of my torso. Moreover, it has spread very quickly, seemingly triggered by certain external events. In a period of just about 1 month, it spread to the sides of my torso and the front of my arms. The event that seemed to trigger this was me running in an indoor track. Every time I ran my body felt more dry than it had ever felt before in my life and once I actually had a couple of patches of skin that felt like they had been sunburned. After 2-3 weeks of running I noticed the bumps start to spread and after another week or so they had overtaken large areas of my upper body. I have since stopped running (about 2 months ago), but the bumps still remain. Has anyone else had experience where KP seems to be caused by a very specific set of conditions such as running in a dry indoor environment, but then not go away once they stopped that activity?
