okay, i was recently told by someone who performs photolight treatments that the redness is not really scars, what they are is inflamation which somehow has irritated the capillaries in my arms. So he suggested that the way to fade the redness is to burn the inflammed capillaries by photolight or even a pulse dye laser. I have stated before that i don't really get the bumps anymore (or at least i don't notice or feel them) but i do think that targeting the redness as a vascular problem is the only way to fade it (which i was told CAN ABSOLUTELY BE DONE)
