My doctor told me that when the skin get inflamed by a burn of sun or allergic reaction to drugs or foods the skin swells and and the natural skin reaction is to swell with fluid and the skin then thickens, I was diagnosed with gluten allergy and my face is no longer filled with excess water called EDEMA, after skin has become like a callus you must apply something to help exfoliate dead skin so that sebum ,sweat and hair follicles is not trapped, diuretics helped me to get rid of excess water in my skin and I no longer eat any wheat products or dairy.
