In one of my posts I had said that I was working on something. I didn't post what it was at the time because I thought maybe I had bitten off more than I could chew. It still might not work but now that I'm at the testing phase I thought I would let everyone know about it and get your feedback and comments. I worked several years as an esthetician so I know quite alot about skin and skin care and one of the things I learned was that if you can use natural products then that is the best way to go. I decided to try and make a cream from only natural products that could possibly help people who have KP and maybe even help those with other skin problems. The problems I have tried to address are build up of skin in and around the hair follicle, dryness, redness, discoloration, bacterial problems, skin sensitivity, and sebum production. I have finally got what I think are the right proportions and kinds of ingredients. Now it is just a matter of testing and seeing what it does. Maybe nothing, who knows. I am sure that I will have to make some kind of adjustments. I will be testing this on my sons and myself first and will keep everyone posted. Keep your fingers crossed and wish me Good Luck.

Bobbi, I'm sure we are more likely to find effective treatments through the kind of work you're doing. Folks with KP are much more motivated to discover what works than pharmaceutical companies. Keep us posted, Rick.

I am doing side by side tests. Which means that it is only being used on the right side of the body. That way I can see the true effect that it is having. If I see at least a 50% to 75% improvement I will let everyone know and if you want to try it I will make some for you to try. My best guess would be in about a month. One son is already showing a slight improvement in his skin texture.
